Procedures before the Authority, including the filing of exceptions to the administrative law judge's decision rendered pursuant to Sec. 2430.12, and action by the Authority, shall be in accordance with Secs. 2423.26(c), 2423.27, and 2423.28 of these rules. The Authority's review of the matter shall be in accordance with Sec. 2423.29(a).
