CFR /  Title 7  /  Part 1220  /  Sec. 1220.109 Eligible organization.

The term eligible organization means any organization which has been certified by the Secretary pursuant to Sec. 1220.203 of this subpart as being eligible to submit nominations for initial membership on the Board.
