If a participant fails to comply with a term of an agreement, FAS may take one or more of the enforcement actions set forth in Sec. 3019.62 of this title and, if appropriate, initiate a claim against the participant. FAS may also initiate a claim against a participant if the donated commodities are damaged or lost or the sale proceeds, income, or CCC-provided funds are lost due to an action or omission of the participant.
