Closing is the process by which FmHA or its successor agency under Public Law 103-354 determines that applicable administrative actions have been completed and the Grant Agreement is signed. The Grant Agreement (Exhibit A) will be executed by the State Director at the time the Form FmHA or its successor agency under Public Law 103-354 1940-1 and Grant Agreement is sent to the Grantee in accordance with Sec. 1944.533 (f)(4). An executed original of the Grant Agreement shall be sent to the District Director and one copy to the grantee.
