The denial of a requested record may be appealed in accordance with Sec. 1.6(e) of this title. Appeals shall be addressed to the Inspector General, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Ag Box 2301, Washington, DC 20250. The Inspector General will give prompt notice of the determination concerning an appeal in accordance with Sec. 1.8(d) of this title.
