For a RES or EEI project to be eligible to receive a guaranteed loan under this subpart, the project must meet each criteria specified in Sec. 4280.113(a) through (f). In addition, the purchase of an existing RES that meets the criteria specified in Sec. 4280.113(b) through (f) is an eligible project under this section.
