(a) Processing RES and EEI guaranteed loans under this subpart must comply with the provisions found in Sec. Sec. 4279.120 through 4279.187 of this chapter, except for those sections specified in paragraph (b) of this section, and as provided in Sec. Sec. 4280.131 through 4280.142.
(b) The provisions found in Sec. Sec. 4279.150, 4279.155, 4279.161, and 4279.175 of this chapter do not apply to loans guaranteed under this subpart.
