CFR /  Title 7  /  Part 770  /  Sec. 770.9 Appraisals.

(a) The applicant or the borrower, as appropriate, will pay the cost of any appraisal required under this part.

(b) Appraisals must be completed in accordance with Sec. 761.7 of this chapter.
