An applicant shall submit the registration fee prescribed in Sec. 800.71 with the completed application. If an application is dismissed, the fee shall be refunded by the Service. No fee or portion of a fee shall be refunded if a person is registered and the registration is subsequently suspended or revoked under Sec. 800.39. [48 FR 44456, Sept. 29, 1983]
