A pre-hearing information session concerning a proposal to amend a fruit, vegetable or nut marketing agreement or order may be held either prior or subsequent to submission of a proposal under Sec. 900.3 of this part. Such sessions may be held by a marketing agreement or order committee or board or by the Secretary.
