At the time of the award, the contracting officer must:
(a) Ensure that the award document contains the appropriate terms and conditions and is signed by the appropriate parties, in accordance with Secs. 603.1005 through 603.1015.
(b) Document the analysis of the agreement in the award file, as discussed in Sec. 603.1020.
(c) Provide information about the award to the office responsible for reporting on TIAs.
