CFR /  Title 10  /  Part 835  /  Sec. 835.701 General provisions.

(a) Records shall be maintained to document compliance with this part and with radiation protection programs required by Sec. 835.101.

(b) Unless otherwise specified in this subpart, records shall be retained until final disposition is authorized by DOE.
