The Board and Corporation may jointly enforce an order jointly issued by the Board and Corporation under Sec. Sec. 243.6(a) or 243.6(c) of this part. The Board, in consultation with the Corporation, may take any action to address any violation of this part by a covered company under section 8 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (12 U.S.C. 1818).
