The findings of a Federal military agency referred to in Sec. Sec. 614.21 and 614.22, and the Schedules of Remuneration issued by the Department pursuant to the Act and Sec. 614.12, shall be final and conclusive for all purposes of the UCX Program, including appeal and review pursuant to Sec. 614.7 or Sec. 614.17.
