(a) Except as provided in paragraph (b), no more than 13.5 percent of the SCSEP funds received for a Program Year may be used for administrative costs.
(b) The Department may increase the amount available for administrative costs to not more than 15 percent, in accordance with Sec. 641.870. (OAA Sec. 502(c)(3)).
