CFR /  Title 22  /  Part 710  /  Sec. 710.15 Delegation of authority.

The functions of the President of OPIC specified in Sec. Sec. 710.2, 710.4 and 710.5 of this part are delegated to the General Counsel of OPIC. An examiner shall be delegated authority on an ad hoc basis.
