CFR /  Title 25  /  Part 15  /  Sec. 15.204 When is a probate file complete?

A probate file is complete for transfer to OHA when a BIA approving official includes a certification that:

(a) States that the probate file includes all information listed in Sec. 15.202 that is available; and

(b) Lists all sources of information BIA queried in an attempt to locate information listed in Sec. 15.202 that is not available.
