The Commission shall transmit a copy of any official determination, order, or notice of violation to the tribal chairman, the designated tribal agent under Sec. 519.1, and to the relevant tribal gaming authority. The Commission shall transmit such copy as expeditiously as possible. Service under Sec. 519.3 shall not depend on a copy being sent to the appropriate tribal chairman, the designated tribal agent or to the relevant tribal gaming authority.
