CFR /  Title 30  /  Part 1241  /  Sec. 1241.72 How will the Office of Hearings and Appeals conduct

If you request a hearing on the record under Sec. Sec. 1241.54, 1241.56, 1241.62 or 1241.64, the hearing will be conducted by a Departmental Administrative Law Judge from the Office of Hearings and Appeals. After the hearing, the Administrative Law Judge will issue a decision in accordance with the evidence presented and applicable law.
