Upon request by MSHA, the applicant must submit 3 precut, unrolled, flat conveyor belt samples for flame testing. Each sample must be 60 \1/4\ inches long (152.4 0.6 cm) by 9 \1/8\ inches (22.9 0.3 cm) wide.
