The provision of nonscheduled emergency medical services in the United States to persons whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to Sec. 558.201 or any further Executive orders relating to the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13664 of April 3, 2014, is authorized, provided that all receipt of payment for such services must be specifically licensed.
