(a) Location. The following is a regulated navigation area (RNA): All waters of the Willamette River encompassed by a line commencing at 4534.33" N, 1224417" W to 453432" N, 1224418" W thence to 453435" N, 1224424" W thence to 453435" N, 1224427" W thence to 453435" N, 1224436" W thence to 453435" N, 1224437" W thence to 453438" N, 1224442" W to 453439" N, 1224443" W thence to 453444" N, 1224451" W thence to 453445" N, 1224453" W thence to 453447'' N, 1224451" W thence to 453445" N, 1224446" W to 453445" N, 1224445" W thence to 453447" N, 1224443" W thence to 453446" N, 1224442" W thence to 453448" N, 1224440'' W thence to 453448" N, 1224438" W and along the shoreline to 453446" N, 1224439" W and back to the point of origin. All coordinates reference 1983 North American Datum (NAD 83).
(b) Regulations. (1) Anchoring, spudding, dredging, laying cable, dragging, trawling, conducting salvage operations, operating commercial vessels of any size, and operating recreational vessels greater than 30 feet in length are prohibited in the regulated area.
