CFR /  Title 33  /  Part 334  /  Sec. 334.1040 Oakland Harbor in vicinity of Naval Supply Center, Oakland;

(a) The area. Bounded by the shore of the Naval Supply Center and the following lines: Beginning at a point on the north shore located at about latitude 374826", longitude 1221934"; thence 22512, 290 yards; and thence 17310, 620 yards to a point on the south shore at about latitude 374802", longitude 1221939".

(b) The regulations. (1) No persons and no vessels or other craft, except vessels of the U.S. Government or vessels duly authorized by the Commanding Officer, Naval Supply Center, Oakland, shall enter this area.
