(a) The area. Beginning at a point on the south shore of Chesapeake Bay at longitude 760306"; thence to latitude 370118", longitude 760206"; thence to latitude 370018", longitude 755554"; thence to latitude 365800", longitude 754824"; thence to latitude 365148", longitude 755100"; thence to the shore at longitude 755848", and thence northwesterly and southwesterly along the shore at Cape Henry to the point of beginning.
(b) The regulations. (1) Anchoring, trawling, crabbing, fishing, and dragging in the area are prohibited, and no object attached to a vessel or otherwise shall be placed on or near the bottom.
