(a) The danger zone. The waters of the Atlantic Ocean and connecting waters within an area described as follows: Beginning at latitude 371218", longitude 754600"; thence southwesterly to latitude 370821", longitude 755000"; thence northwesterly along the arc of a circle having a radius of three nautical miles and centered at latitude 371116", longitude 754929", to latitude 371014", longitude 755257"; thence northeasterly to latitude 371430", longitude 754832"; thence southeasterly to 371338", longitude 754618"; and thence southeasterly to the point of beginning.

(b) The regulations. (1) No person or vessel shall enter or remain in the danger zone except during intervals specified and publicized from time to time in local newspapers or by radio announcement.
