(a) The area. Beginning at a point on the shore at Camp Pendleton at latitude 364819" N, longitude 755749" W; thence easterly 200 yards to latitude 364820" N, longitude 755742" W; thence northerly 400 yards to latitude 364832" N, longitude 755745" W; thence westerly 200 yards to latitude 364831" N, longitude 755753" W; and thence southerly 400 yards along the shore to the point of beginning.

(b) The regulations. (1) Persons or vessels, other than those vessels owned and operated by the United States shall not enter the area except by permission of the Commanding Officer, U.S. Naval Amphibious Base, Little Creek, Norfolk, Virginia.
