(a) In general. The advisory board established under Sec. 300.714 must prepare and submit to the Secretary of the Interior and to Congress an annual report containing a description of the activities of the advisory board for the preceding year.
(b) Availability. The Secretary of the Interior must make available to the Secretary the report described in paragraph (a) of this section. (Authority: 20 U.S.C. 1411(h)(7))
