Each system must ensure, for each infant or toddler with a disability and his or her family in the State, that an IFSP, as defined in Sec. 303.20, is developed and implemented that meets the requirements of Secs. 303.340 through 303.345, and that includes service coordination services, as defined in Sec. 303.34.
