CFR /  Title 34  /  Part 350  /  Sec. 350.14 What must a grantee do in carrying out a training activity?

In carrying out a training activity under this program, a grantee shall conduct a planned and systematic sequence of supervised instruction that is designed to impart predetermined skills and knowledge. (Authority: Sec. 202; 29 U.S.C. 761a)
