CFR /  Title 34  /  Part 367  /  Sec. 367.1 What is the Independent Living Services for Older Individuals

This program supports projects that--

(a) Provide any of the independent living (IL) services to older individuals who are blind that are described in Sec. 367.3(b);

(b) Conduct activities that will improve or expand services for these individuals; and

(c) Conduct activities to help improve public understanding of the problems of these individuals. (Authority: 29 U.S.C. 796k(a) and (b))
