CFR /  Title 34  /  Part 410  /  Sec. 410.3 What activities may the Secretary fund?

The Secretary provides grants for basic support for the education and training of Indian students, including--

(a) Training costs;

(b) Educational costs;

(c) Equipment costs;

(d) Administrative costs; and

(e) Costs of operation and maintenance of the institution. (Authority: 20 U.S.C. 2397a)
