CFR /  Title 34  /  Part 614  /  Sec. 614.4 Which member of the consortium must act as the lead

(a) For purposes of 34 CFR 75.127, the lead applicant for the consortium must be a nonprofit member of the consortium.

(b) The lead applicant must serve as the fiscal agent. (Authority: 20 U.S.C. 6832)
