CFR /  Title 34  /  Part 650  /  Sec. 650.5 What does a fellowship award include?

The Secretary awards fellowships consisting of the following:

(a) A stipend paid to the fellow, based upon an annual determination of the fellow's financial need, as described in Sec. 650.42.

(b) An annual payment made to the institution in which the fellow is enrolled as described in Sec. 650.41. (Authority: 20 U.S.C. 1134b)
