CFR /  Title 40  /  Part 147  /  Sec. 147.905 Requirements for all wells--area of review.

Notwithstanding the alternatives presented in Sec. 146.6 of this chapter, the area of review shall be a minimum fixed radius as described in Sec. 146.6(b) of this chapter.
