CFR /  Title 40  /  Part 1603  /  Sec. 1603.4 Open meetings requirement.

Any meetings of the Board, as defined in Sec. 1603.3, shall be conducted in accordance with this part. Except as provided in Sec. 1603.7, the Board's meetings, or portions thereof, shall be open to public observation.
