(a) General. Tolerances are established for residues of mandipropamid, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodities listed in the table below. Compliance with the tolerance levels specified below is to be determined by measuring only mandipropamid (4-chloro-N-[2-[3-methoxy-4-(2-propynyloxy)phenyl]ethyl]-[alpha]-(2-propynyloxy)benzeneacetamide) in or on the commodity. ------------------------------------------------------------------------

(b) Section 18 emergency exemptions. Time-limited tolerances are established for residues of mandipropamid, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodities listed in the table below resulting from use of the pesticide pursuant to FFIFRA section 18 emergency exemptions. Compliance with the tolerance levels specified below is to be determined by measuring only mandipropamid (4-chloro-N-[2-[3-methoxy-4-(2-propynyloxy)phenyl]ethyl]-[alpha]-(2-propynyloxy)benzeneacetamide) in or on the commodity.
