This section and Secs. 49.10252 through 49.10280 contain the implementation plan for the Kootenai Tribe of Idaho. This plan consists of a combination of Tribal rules and measures and Federal regulations and measures which apply within the Reservation of the Kootenai Tribe of Idaho.
