CFR /  Title 40  /  Part 60  /  Sec. 60.2907 How do I obtain my operator qualification?

(a) You must obtain operator qualification by completing a training course that satisfies the criteria under Sec. 60.2905(c).

(b) Qualification is valid from the date on which the training course is completed and the operator successfully passes the examination required under Sec. 60.2905(c)(2).
