You must conduct an initial performance test, as required under Sec. 60.8, to determine compliance with the emission limitations in table 2 of this subpart and to establish operating limits using the procedure in Sec. 60.3023 or Sec. 60.3024. The initial performance test must be conducted using the test methods listed in table 2 of this subpart and the procedures in Sec. 60.3027.
