You must complete the compliance demonstration for the initial compliance period according to the requirements of Sec. 63.4331. The initial compliance period begins on the applicable compliance date specified in Sec. 63.4283 and ends on the last day of the 12th full month after the compliance date. The initial compliance demonstration includes the calculations according to Sec. 63.4331 and supporting documentation showing that for web coating/printing operations, the organic HAP emission rate for the initial compliance period was equal to or less than the applicable emission limit in Table 1 to this subpart and for dyeing/finishing operations, the mass fraction of organic HAP for the initial compliance period was less than or equal to the applicable emission limit in Table 1 to this subpart.
