(a) You must be in compliance with the emission limitations (including operating limits) in this subpart at all times, except during periods of startup, shutdown, and malfunction.
(b) You must always operate and maintain your affected source, including air pollution control and monitoring equipment, according to the provisions in Sec. 63.6(e)(1)(i).
(c) You must develop a written startup, shutdown, and malfunction plan (SSMP) according to the provisions in Sec. 63.6(e)(3).
(d) You must develop and implement a written site-specific monitoring plan according to the provisions in Sec. 63.8688(g) and (h). [68 FR 24577, May 7, 2003, as amended at 71 FR 20469, Apr. 20, 2006]
