For each emission point subject to an emission limit in Table 1 to this subpart, you must demonstrate continuous compliance with the operation and maintenance requirements in Sec. 63.9900 by performing preventive maintenance for each control device according to Sec. 63.9900(b) and recording all information needed to document conformance with these requirements.
