CFR /  Title 41  /  Part 102-75  /  Sec. 102-75.730 What happens if a Federal agency does not submit a replacement housing for persons who will be displaced by Federal or Federally assisted projects?

If the disposal agency does not receive a request for assignment or transfer of the property under Sec. 102-75.715, then the disposal agency must proceed with other appropriate disposal actions.
