CFR /  Title 42  /  Part 441  /  Sec. 441.62 Transportation and scheduling assistance.

The agency must offer to the family or beneficiary, and provide if the beneficiary requests--

(a) Necessary assistance with transportation as required under Sec. 431.53 of this chapter; and

(b) Necessary assistance with scheduling appointments for services.
