(a) Any motion filed with the Board must provide a concise statement of the reasons supporting the motion.
(b) When a person or party files a motion, other than a motion for an extension of time under Sec. 4.405, any party has 15 days after service of the motion to file a written response, unless a provision of this subpart or the Board by order provides otherwise.
(c) The Board will rule on any motion as expeditiously as possible.
