Immediately upon the receipt by a volunteer of any court papers or administrative orders making him a part to any proceeding covered under Sec. 1220.3-1 or Sec. 1220.3-2, the volunteer shall immediately notify his sponsor who in turn shall notify the appropriate ACTION state office. The procedures referred to in Sec. 1220.2-3, paragraphs (c) through (e), shall thereafter be followed as appropriate.
