The following definitions apply to this part, unless otherwise indicated:
Federally-facilitated SHOP has the meaning given to the term in Sec. 155.20 of this subchapter.
Full-time employee has the meaning given to the term in Sec. 155.20 of this subchapter.
Large employer has the meaning given to the term in Sec. 155.20 of this subchapter.
Qualified employee has the meaning given to the term in Sec. 155.20 of this subchapter.
Qualified employer has the meaning given to the term in Sec. 155.20 of this subchapter.
