CFR /  Title 46  /  Part 126  /  Sec. 126.520 Certificate of Inspection: Conditions of validity.

To maintain a valid Certificate of Inspection, you must complete your annual and periodic inspections within the periods specified in Sec. 126.510 (a) and (b) and your Certificate of Inspection must be endorsed.
