Cooking and heating equipment must be suitable for marine use. Equipment designed and installed in accordance with American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC) A-3, ``Galley Stoves,'' and A-7, ``Boat Heating Systems,'' or with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 302, ``Pleasure and Commercial Motor Craft,'' complies with this requirement, except as restricted by Sec. 184.202 of this part.
