(a) The installation of all systems of a marine engineering nature, together with the details of design, construction, and installation, shall be in accordance with the requirements of subchapter F (Marine Engineering) of this chapter. Systems of this type include the following: Steering Systems.Bilge and Ballast Systems.Tank Vent and Sounding Systems.Overboard Discharges and Shell Connections.Pipe and Pressure Systems.Liquefied Petroleum Gas For Cooking and Heating.
